BELOW ARE OUR PROGRAM INCLUSIONS: 

 

TRADITIONAL ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

 

  • Full program design tailored to your unique requirements and goals

  • Program may consist of between 1 and 5 training days per week depending on your requirements and goals

  • New program designs every 4 weeks (or as needed) - this is to encourage enough time for progression and technique/form perfection

  • Program adjustments when needed

  • Full postural and movement assessment (Online) when you first sign up (for clients who have not completed an in person session)

  • Optional online fitness testing

  • Support via email or text - direct contact with your trainer

  • Optional Weekly meetings via Zoom or phone call - plus monthly check in questionnaire

  • Full FREE access to the RISE App where all of your programs, assessments, forms, exercise videos and tracking information is stored - take your program anywhere with you!

  • Member only access to our website where you can access all of your program information

  • In App messaging with your trainer including video capabilities for form correction/check

  • Basic diet advice if needed (for comprehensive nutrition advice you will need to sign up to our combination training/nutrition program)

  • Health and wellness coaching - Includes support, goal setting, guidance and encouragement. Behaviour change intervention strategies tailored to clients individual needs

HYBRID ONLINE/IN PERSON TRAINING

​

​If you decide you would like to incorporate one on one in person training sessions into your online training program then this is the option for you. This option will suit client who:
 

  • Are willing/able to drive to Bulimba, QLD for training sessions

  • Need the extra support and guidance that an in person training session can offer

​

Program options include:
 

  • Train whenever you like - Full freedom to tailor your program to suit your lifestyle and requirements - Book in as many or as little in person sessions as you need

  • Tailor your program to suit your budget

​

How does it work? All you need to do is pay the same set price per month as our online training program - then book in for in person training sessions when it suits you (paid as a per session hourly rate). Perfect for budgeting and time constraints. We do suggest that in order to receive the maximum experience out of your program, that when you first begin with us you book in for 1-3 in person sessions for the first 1-2 weeks. This will help us assist you with correct form, identify any postural problems and any issues with your programming. Then you can continue as often as you like - once per week is optimal however you may just like to come in for a session when you have a new program every month in order to make sure you perform the exercises correctly - it is entirely up to you! 

We do strongly suggest that your initial postural and movement assessment (along with fitness testing) are completed in person however you may opt for the online option.

  • Full access to the RISE App for your training programs + advice on how to use My Fitness Pal tracking App for recording your diet intake and monitoring calories/macros

  • Members only access to our website

  • Coaching on how to read food labels and make better food choices

  • Advice and support regarding sleep, relaxation, stress management and supplements use

  • Health and wellness coaching and nutrition counselling - support, goal setting, behaviour change strategies

  • Option for in person training or nutrition meetings (hourly rate)

​WHILE I SAY TRADITIONAL, THIS IS NO COOKIE CUTTER PROGRAM THAT YOU WILL BE GETTING! OUR NUMBERS FOR ONLINE TRAINING CLIENTS ARE STRICTLY LIMITED IN ORDER TO ASSURE THAT EACH AND EVERY CLIENT RECEIVES THE QUALITY TIME AND ATTENTION THAT IS NEEDED FOR SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMMING. YOUR PROGRAM WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED TO YOUR UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS AND GOALS. A FULL INITIAL HEALTH, FITNESS AND MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT WILL BE UNDERTAKEN PRIOR TO YOU BEGINNING YOUR PROGRAM - THIS ENSURES ALL BASES ARE COVERED AND EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE THAT IS IN YOUR PROGRAM IS THERE FOR A REASON! IF YOU HAVE ANY INJURIES, POSTURAL ABNORMALITIES OR DYSFUNCTIONS, MOVEMENT DYSFUNCTIONS OR ILLNESS - THIS WILL ALL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN YOUR PROGRAM IS BEING DESIGNED. ON TOP OF THIS, YOU WILL BE GIVEN FULL SUPPORT VIA EMAIL WITH YOUR TRAINER, AS WELL AS OPTIONAL WEEKLY ZOOM (OR PHONE CALL) MEETINGS TO DISCUSS YOUR PROGRAM, MINDSET, STRESS, DIET AND ADVICE.
