PERSONAL TRAINING

We currently offer in person personal training as either one off sessions where the client is happy to not have any set program or training session times, or as part of one of our Dedication Programs. Personal training sessions may be on a one to one basis (just the client and the trainer) or as a small group session of up to 4 participants.

Personal Training session fees vary according to the location and type (private or small group). Sessions may be conducted at the following locations:
 

1. Active Life Fitness – Norman Park

2. Hawthorne Park

3. At your own home (within 5km of Bulimba, QLD)

  • Member only access to our website where you can access all of your program information

  • In App messaging with your trainer including video capabilities for form correction/check

  • Optional monthly check-ins via email

  • Support via email and text

  • New programs every 4 weeks

  • Program adjustments when needed

  • Mindset adjustment + basic nutritional advice

  • Initial consultation includes: Full Movement & Postural Assessment with video analysis + measurements, weigh in, blood pressure + before photos (optional)

  • Optional fitness testing

  • Progress photos, measurements and weigh in every 12 weeks - optional

  • Health & Wellness Coaching - includes one on one support, goal setting, guidance & encouragement. Behaviour change intervention strategies tailored to clients individual needs

  • Full initial nutrition consultation + ongoing check-ins & Nutrition meetings scheduled as required (each client will have different requirements). 

  • Personalised calorie goals - includes all calculations

  • Personalised meal plan suggestions OR suggested adjustments to current diet

  • Option for personalised Macro counts and Coaching

  • Optional fitness testing

  • Progress photos, measurements and weigh in every 12 weeks - optional
