PERSONAL TRAINING

We are now offering personal training session at the private training studio at Balmoral only. All sessions must be scheduled and part of an ongoing program (tailored to the clients own personal needs). 

Personal Training session fees vary according to the duration of sessions and number of sessions completed per week.

 

All clients will be given a program to which each session will follow (tailored to clients unique needs and abilities). Programs will be changed when the Trainer feels that the client has gained the appropriate level of skill and strength required to move forward. The client will have the choice to just complete the program when in person with the trainer (no personal access to their program) or to have full access to the RISE App where the client can not only complete their program in their own time (either at a gym or at home) but will also be able to track their progress. See below for Program information if using the App.

  • One on one PT sessions with the trainer every week (how many sessions and their duration is up to the client - fees increase accordingly)

  • Full program design package to complete in your own time - 1-5 sessions per week

  • Full FREE access to the RISE App for all programs, exercise videos, advice, in app messaging with your trainer etc - take your program anywhere with you!

  • Member only access to our website where you can access all of your program information

  • In App messaging with your trainer including video capabilities for form correction/check

  • Optional monthly check-ins via email

  • Support via email and text

  • New programs as needed 

  • Program adjustments when needed

  • Mindset adjustment + basic nutritional advice

  • Free Initial consultation

  • Optional fitness testing

  • Progress photos, measurements and weigh in every 12 weeks - optional

  • Health & Wellness Coaching - includes one on one support, goal setting, guidance & encouragement. Behaviour change intervention strategies tailored to clients individual needs
